ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (ESS)
Energy storage broadly refers to storing energy for later use. ESS can act as a load while charging and a generation asset while discharging. ESS is discharged to supply (generate) electricity when needed at desired levels and quality. ESS can be paired with co-located or distanced other generation resources to improve economic efficiency of both systems.
BATTERY PACK DESIGN
We design battery packs with our proprietary packing material, proprietary cladding material, proprietary liquid cooling technology and cell management unit and battery management system that re-envisions battery packs.
01 Performance
Our battery packing technology improves overall battery performance with higher efficiency. During normal operation, battery packs run at cooler temperature, resulting in overall improved performance.
02 Safety
The cornerstone of our battery pack design is in improving safety. Combination of new packing material, new cladding material and liquid cooling technology significantly improves battery pack safety.
03 Sustainability
Battery packs functioning at a cooler temperature have longer lifespan. Our technology enables cooler battery pack temperature with improved heat dissipation.
04 Transportability
Our battery packs are designed in modules. Each module can be connected in series or in parallel. Arrays of modules are easily detachable and removable, thereby improving transportability.
EV CHARGING SYSTEM

BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (BESS)
-
Lithium-ion Battery Options: NMC or LFP
-
Front-of-the-Meter (FTM) BESS store excess generated energy and supply it directly back to the grid when it is more advantageous.
-
Behind-the-meter (BTM) BESS are customer-sited energy storage system that are connected to the distribution system with the customer's side of the utility's service meter.
-
BTM BESS along with other distributed grid assets are called Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).
-
IES provides services for both FTM and BTM BESS based on the demands and requirements.
BESS EV CHARGING
Our BESS EV Charging System draws power from the batteries and/or grid to charge EVs. With renewable energy sources, BESS EV Charging system can be even more cost effective. The same batteries can also be installed in mobile charging stations for DC fast-charging on-the-go.
